Primarily responsible to work under and support professional architect in end to end Architectural Design related work in a project, from design development and proposal, preparation of drawings and documents necessary for submission, tender process and subsequently construction.

Responsibilities:-

  • To assist in various design projects undertaken by the Company
  • Developing conceptual design from client briefs up to schematic/conceptual design presentations
  • Good in contract documentation, authority submission and drawing detailing
  • Assist in implementing project plans according to schedules and budget
  • Interact and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other consultants
  • Prepare and compile copy for proposals and presentations as required
  • Attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visits

Requirements:-

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an architecture firm
  • Creative with great conceptualization and presentation skills with strong visual awareness
  • Must have AutoCad, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Able to write and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Creative thinking and good problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and team player
