AFYAA is looking for a Marketing Executive / Digital Marketer to help manage online campaigns and support our sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage performance ads across TikTok/ Facebook/ Google to drive conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and optimise for better ROI.
  • Handle customer leads from WhatsApp and DMs — provide quick responses and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with our editor team to produce engaging ad creatives, visuals, and videos.
  • Contribute fresh marketing ideas, creative concepts, and content suggestions to support campaign growth.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience is preferred.
  • Fresh grads with strong passion, willingness to learn, and basic understanding of TikTok/Meta ads are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to think strategically.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia.
