Bhd. looking for a Content Creator & Graphic Designer to bring fresh creativity to our brand — from crafting eye-catching social media content to designing impactful marketing materials. What you'll be doing

  1. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms (Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Threads, XHS, Tik Tok, website, etc.).
  2. Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and reflect each client's unique voice.
  3. Shoot, edit, and produce simple yet impactful reels or short videos using a smartphone or editing apps.
  4. Manage end-to-end video production, from ideation to shooting to editing.
  5. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online communities and engagement with followers.
  6. Manage and grow social media followers.
  7. Analyse social media performance, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements based on insights
  8. Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and presentation decks.
  9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  11. Manage multiple client accounts efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in quality.

What we're looking for

  1. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (internships and freelance work considered).
  2. Diploma / Degree qualification in the relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing etc.).
  3. Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok & XHS).
  4. Hands-on experience with photography, videography, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or other related editing tools).
  5. Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Indesign).
  6. Strong communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling content and campaigns.
  7. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating content, marketing tools, and campaigns.
