Role Overview / 职位概述

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with strong expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and assessment to final delivery. This role requires someone with proven ability in talent mapping, stakeholder management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and have at least 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Assignment Delivery 70%) / 招聘交付(70%)

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and placement.

    全面负责招聘流程,包括岗位分析、人才寻访、筛选、面试、推荐及候选人入职。
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels (databases, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media platforms).

    主动通过多种渠道(数据库、人脉、猎头、推荐及社交媒体)寻访并吸引高端人才。
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence exercises to build strong candidate pipelines in targeted industries.

    进行人才地图和市场调研,为重点行业建立人才储备库。
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments with a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.

    确保任务的及时、精准交付,并保证候选人及客户的高度满意度。
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and reporting standards.

2. Client Management (30%) / 客户管理(30%)

  • Act as the key point of contact for client requirements, ensuring clear understanding of job briefs and talent expectations.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular updates, feedback, and consultative advice.

  • Provide market insights and recommendations on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activities.

Requirements / 任职要求

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

    本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先。
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), with a strong track record in assignment delivery.

    至少5年以上招聘经验(猎头公司或企业内部招聘),在交付上有良好业绩。
  • Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycle and execute talent mapping projects.

    具备独立完成全流程招聘及人才地图项目的能力。
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    拥有良好的人际关系、沟通及谈判能力。
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

    具备客户关系管理及多方沟通协调的能力。
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English; additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
