Assistant Secretary

- Plan and set daily daily, weekly and monthly meetings and appointments.
- Draft and distribute corresponde including memo's and forms.
- Support and facilitate the completion of reports and letters.
- Assist execute staff with project/administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with external organisations as and when needed.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organisation and optimisation techniques
- Proven multi-tasking ability
- Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
