Responsibilities:

  • To lead, plan and organize the overall activities of supply chain operations. Focusing on purchasing, logistic, warehouse and production planning.
  • To assist and implement the supply chain system and function throughout the Company for cost and operation effectiveness.
  • To prepare and execute the supply chain short-term (3-6 months) and long-term (12 months & above) plan to achieve the Company's objectives.
  • To manage people development and accommodate employees' training needs.
  • To evaluate employees' performance and progress to facilities hiring, transferring and promotion exercises.
  • To work closely with all Head of Departments (HODs) ensuring the continuity and full integration of the supply chain functions.
  • Recognizing and identifying errors or inconsistencies and requesting contingency plans, such as developing alternatives sources, vendors etc.
  • Sourcing for new vendors and material to evaluate their potential to company needs.
  • Overseeing ISO documents to ensure their effectiveness and are up to date.
  • Support and resolves daily operation issues.
  • Handle of various team reporting.
  • Performing other duties or project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree with 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Good communication in English and Malay. Ability to communicate in Chinese and others dialect would be added advantage.
  • Strong leadership quality, passion for the job and high motivation with good interpersonal skills.
  • Functional literacy, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, self-motivated, details oriented, mature and an excellent team player with good leadership.
  • Be resourceful, dynamic, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and continuously improve with good adaptability in accepting and managing changes as well as meeting deadlines.
  • Able to organize complex workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
