Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and willing to take on various tasks
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Able to start immediately is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update sales reports
  • Support general office operations and ad hoc duties
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Manage bank and cash transactions, including basic bookkeeping
  • Prepare documents such as Official Receipt, invoices and Payment Vouchers

工作职责:

• 处理日常行政事务

• 接听电话并及时回复电子邮件

• 更新销售报告

• 协助办公室日常运营及其他临时交办事项

• 安排会议、预约和公司活动

• 管理银行与现金交易,包括基本簿记工作

• 准备相关文件,如正式收据、发票及付款凭单
