Performance Marketing Specialist also known as Campaign Manager - Drive Digital Success with Industry Leaders

We are a 25+ year Digital Marketing Business Partner in Malaysia, proudly partnered with Google, Meta, and TikTok. We're seeking a passionate Performance Marketing professional to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional results for our diverse client portfolio.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management - Plan, setup, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs
  2. Performance Optimization - Stay current with platform algorithm changes to optimize budget spend and performance
  3. Reporting - Execute regular campaign performance updates and reporting
  4. Analysis - Track campaign budgets and maintain databases for analysis
  5. Team Support - Deliver quality output and mentor junior team members

Essential Tools You'll Master:

  1. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  2. Various software extensions integrated with ad accounts

What You Bring:

  1. Relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  2. 1-5 years experience in Google Ads/Facebook Ads campaign management
  3. Professional certifications - Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint preferred
  4. Technical skills - Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics tools
  5. Communication abilities - Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin advantageous
