Account & Admin Executive is responsible for providing support to the accounting team by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This includes maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Performing data entry and maintaining the integrity of the accounting system.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare monthly payroll report, ensuring proper and accurate payroll reports to Finance department.
- Must be multitask and organized, attention to detail and independent work.
- Provide support to colleagues and managers as needed.
- Perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping programs and accounting software.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and Double entry.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
