We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on warehouse experience and a valid forklift license.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and managing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Plan, organize, and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all goods are properly labelled, stored, and handled according to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics team for timely movement of goods.
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to the superior.
  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently (Valid forklift license required).
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in multilingual Malay, English and Chinese. Preferable candidates that are fluent in Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Valid forklift license with practical operating experience.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams.
