HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, leave records, and related documentation.
- Attend to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing staff training programs, engagement activities, and HR-related events.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee retention and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Administrative:
- Manage office stationery and pantry inventory by tracking usage, replenishing supplies, and ensuring adequate stock at all times.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of common office areas, including meeting rooms and the pantry.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and utilities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in HR or Admin
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, employees, and partners
- Familiarity with recruitment practices, either as an in-house recruiter or with a staffing agency, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
