Kami dari MyCEO Education sedang mencari seorang Partner Success Executive untuk membantu mengurus & menyokong licensee/partner kami di seluruh Malaysia.
Peranan ini penting untuk memastikan semua partner berjaya, aktif, dan mencapai KPI melalui coaching, support dan relationship management.

Tanggungjawab Utama
- Mengurus onboarding licensee/partner baru
- Membantu partner memahami SOP, modul & marketing plan
- Memantau KPI partner setiap minggu
- Membantu partner dalam follow-up, sales script & marketing basic
- Menyelesaikan isu partner dengan cepat dan profesional
- Menjaga hubungan baik (relationship management)
- Memberi laporan mingguan kepada HQ tentang status partner
