Production/Operation Director

Job Purpose / 岗位目标

Responsible for leading the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring that production processes meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability. The role requires a technically strong, hands-on leader with deep understanding of machining, sheet metal fabrication, surface treatment, and assembly processes, ideally within the precision or aerospace manufacturing industry.全面负责工厂生产管理,确保制造过程在质量、效率、安全、成本与交付方面达到卓越水平。此岗位要求候选人具备扎实的工程技术背景,对机加工、钣金、表面处理及装配工艺有深入理解,并有丰富的制造管理经验,最好具备航空或精密制造行业背景。

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership 战略与运营管理

Lead overall production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and annual business objectives.

全面领导生产运营,确保与公司战略目标及年度经营计划一致。

Establish and implement mid-to-long-term production strategies to support growth and customer satisfaction.

制定并执行中长期生产战略,支撑业务增长与客户满意度。

Drive KPI achievement in productivity, yield, OEE, delivery performance, and cost reduction.

推动关键指标(生产率、良品率、设备稼动率、交付率、成本下降)达成。

1. Process & Technology Excellence 工艺与技术优化

Oversee the full range of processes: machining, sheet metal, surface finishing, assembly, and packaging.

监督机加工、钣金、表面处理、装配及包装等全流程生产工艺。

Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen), lean manufacturing, and automation initiatives.

主导持续改进(Kaizen)、精益生产及自动化提升项目。

Work closely with Engineering to introduce new technologies and optimize production layouts.

与工程团队合作,引进新技术并优化生产布局。

1. Quality & Compliance 质量与合规

Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer-specific standards.

确保所有生产过程符合 AS9100、ISO9001 及客户特定要求。

Implement strong process control and root cause analysis for defect prevention.

推行过程控制与根因分析,防止质量问题重复发生。

Participate in customer and regulatory audits as site production representative.

代表工厂参与客户及监管审查。

1. Team Development 团队建设

Build, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing production team across departments.

建立并培养高绩效生产团队,覆盖各生产环节。

Strengthen middle management capability in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.

提升中层干部在计划、协调及问题解决方面的能力。

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

1. Cost & Resource Management 成本与资源管理

Develop and manage annual production budgets, manpower plans, and capacity utilization.

制定并管理年度生产预算、人力计划与产能利用率。

Optimize resource allocation to achieve cost competitiveness without compromising quality.

优化资源配置,在保证质量的前提下降低制造成本。

Manage vendor collaboration related to outsourcing, tooling, and process subcontracting.

管理外协加工、模具及工艺外包等相关合作。

1. Safety & Facility Management 安全与设施管理

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with EHS regulations.

推动安全文化建设,确保符合EHS安全环保规范。

Maintain 5S and visual management standards to support a world-class manufacturing environment.

维持5S与目视化管理标准,打造世界级制造现场。

Requirements / 任职要求

1.Minimum 12 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior production management position.

至少12年制造业经验,其中5年以上担任高级生产管理岗位。

2.Proven technical expertise in machining, sheet metal fabrication, surface finishing, and assembly.

在机加工、钣金、表面处理及装配工艺方面有扎实经验。

3.Experience in aerospace, precision components, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing is highly desirable.

具备航空、精密零部件或多品种小批量制造经验者优先。

4.Strong command of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven management tools (OEE, SPC, 8D, PFMEA).

熟悉精益生产、六西格玛及数据驱动管理工具(OEE、SPC、8D、PFMEA)。

5.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

具备卓越的领导力、战略规划能力及跨部门协作能力。

6.Able to manage in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively across teams.

能在多元文化环境中高效沟通与领导。

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
