JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Create engaging content including captions, graphics, and videos that align with the brand's identity.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, monitor performance, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in social media tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
  • Basic understanding of online advertising and analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
