Main Duties & Key Responsibility :

• Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
• Approached on the Upselling Skills/ Recommendation to the guest
• Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
• Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed during operations hours.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe opening & closing
• Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter.
• Work & Assist closely with Restaurant manager in time to time.
• Report to duty on time and in proper uniform
• Asisst on basic paperwork of Outlet Operation (while needed)

Job Requirement :

• At least have working experience in the restaurant operation.
• Can accept in switching between different branch while needed.
• Have encourage for working when we needed.
• Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
• Posses own transport.
