Commercial Channel Sales

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hybrid channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting retail, micro channel, and small business customers.
- Collaborate with dealers to implement sales programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive sell-out performance.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
- Ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with channel policies.
- Proactively prospect for new clients, identifying leads.
- Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
- Coordinate pipeline management with internal stakeholders and proactively follow up with business partners.
- Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
- Provide customer-orientated service by managing the needs of customers through phone / email, LinkedIn and other mediums
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competitor analysis and monitoring
- Other tasks as assigned by commercial team lead
Requirements
- Diploma or degree desirable
- 3–5 years of experience in channel or dealer sales, preferably in the commercial, Retail or SMB segment.
- Strong understanding of hybrid channel models.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
