Position Highlights

Training Period:

Full-time, on-site (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

After Training:

Fully remote opportunity (upon meeting performance standards)

Compensation & Benefits

During Training:
 RM 3,800/month (basic pay + transport allowance)

After Training:
 RM 5,700 – RM 10,000/month (base + commission)

Pay raise twice a year

EPF & SOCSO contributions

Paid annual leave, sick leave, and public holidays

Comprehensive onboarding & weekly teaching workshops

What You'll Do

  • Teach 
    interactive online math classes
     to international students
  • Use Think Academy's 
    self-developed teaching tools and platform
  • Track student progress and provide personalized feedback
  • Create an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above
     (all majors welcome; fresh grads encouraged)
  • Excellent 
    spoken English
  • Genuine 
    passion for teaching
  • Strong 
    sense of responsibility
     and communication skills
  • Prior teaching experience is not required

Compensation & Benefits

Training Period:

RM 3,500 (basic pay) + RM 300 (transport allowance) per month

After Training Period:

Teaching Fee + Commission (30% Teaching Fee)

  • Hourly Rate: 
    Start from RM 70 per hour
  • Two salary promotion opportunities per year

  • Average first-year monthly income: RM 5,700
