What you'll be doing?
  • Plan and execute audits: Efficiently manage audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Review financial statements: Apply your expertise to thoroughly examine financial statements and audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor: Supervise and coach audit juniors and seniors, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
  • Client communication: Engage effectively with clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Drive improvement: Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and ISQM implementation, helping to elevate the firm's audit practices.
Who are they looking for?
  • Accounting qualification: Hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Professional membership: Be a member of MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or an equivalent professional body, showcasing your commitment to the auditing profession.
  • Relevant experience: Bring at least 5 years of audit experience, preferably from a large or mid-tier firm, to contribute valuable insights and expertise.
  • Technical prowess: Possess strong technical skills in auditing and accounting, coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex information.
  • Proactive mindset: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks and driving results with a high level of accountability.
