As an Accounts Executive in the Finance Department, this Person will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the work produced by the department. This Person will interact with all department members as well as all other departments. departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance / Cost Accounting /Business Management or equivalent.
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Knowledge in SQL Accounting system will be an advantage.
  • Fluent and English in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • 2 full time positions are available.

Responsibility

  • Update entries into accounting system SQL and prepare supporting schedules.
  • Assist in Payable Function: Update invoices into accounting system SQL and prepare Payment Voucher.
  • Assist in income tax computations.
  • Maintain proper filing, record and storage of all accounting documents.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • To backup all digital files at all times.
