We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team

You will be responsible for overseeing site progress, quality, safety, and manpower management to ensure timely and high-standard project completion. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.


主要职责 / Key Responsibilities:
  • 监督施工现场的日常运营与进度, 确保项目按时完成。
  • 管控施工质量与安全, 执行公司标准与法规要求。
  • 协调各工种与分包团队, 确保工作流程顺畅。
  • 管理现场人力、物料及设备的使用效率。
  • 定期汇报项目进展与问题, 提出改进方案。
  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Control site quality and safety in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate between subcontractors and various trades for smooth workflow.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
  • Report progress and issues regularly, and recommend improvements.

任职要求 / Requirements:
  • 工程、建筑或相关专业学历(大专或以上)。
  • 至少3年现场管理经验。
  • 熟悉施工安全规范及质量管理体系。
  • 具备良好的领导力、协调与沟通能力。
  • 能熟练使用中文与英文;懂马来语或其他语言者优先。
  • 尽快可入职者优先考虑。
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of site supervision or construction management experience.
  • Good understanding of site safety and quality control standards.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Malay or other languages is an advantage.
  • Candidates available to start ASAP will be given priority.
