Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement integrated public relations strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
  2. Manage executive communication processes, including interview coordination, message customization, and content review.
  3. Lead communication efforts during incidents to ensure transparency and safeguard the corporate reputation.
  4. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the PR and communications team to drive performance excellence.
  5. Oversee the corporate social media strategy to ensure alignment with the company's communication objectives.
  6. Provide senior management with strategic advice on communication, branding, and public relations initiatives.
  7. Supervise large-scale communication campaigns and partnerships to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  8. Plan and oversee VIP engagements, including event logistics, travel arrangements, and hospitality coordination.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in a corporate or government-linked organization.
