Sales Engineer Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Engineers in preparing quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
  • Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain customer databases, follow up on quotations, and track project progress.
  • Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Conduct basic technical and product research when required.
  • Provide administrative support for sales meetings and client visits.
  • Handle inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
  • No experiences needed
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a PLUS
  • 1–2 years of working experience in a sales support or engineering-related role is a PLUS (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings or engineering concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask under minimal supervision.
