We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing organization in the precision engineering and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Create and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 4-axis Milling or Lathe machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
Plan and determine machining processes, design jigs and fixtures, and document setup procedures.
Conduct simulations and toolpath optimizations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with requirements.
Support production and troubleshooting activities during first article or inspection stages.
Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to ensure programs and setups are ready as scheduled.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in CNC Milling or CNC Lathe within a precision machining or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, and jig/fixture fabrication.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
