We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in our growth.

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. Your primary focus will be on clinics and healthcare businesses, helping them understand the value of our services and closing them on our packages and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a list of potential clients within the clinic and healthcare sectors.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and gauge interest.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the value of our lead generation and appointment-setting services to potential clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
  • Closing Deals: Convert leads into clients by closing sales for our packages and offers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve the conversion rate.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong cold calling and outreach experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with the dental clinic and healthcare sectors is a plus.
