Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Assistant/Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail care services. You will deliver professional manicure and pedicure treatments, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure each guest has a pleasant and relaxing experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Care Services

  • Perform manicure and pedicure treatments (basic & classic)
  • Shape, trim, buff, and polish nails with precision
  • Provide cuticle care, nail strengthening, and basic spa treatments
  • Recommend nail colours, designs, and care routines to customers

Hygiene & Safety

  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitisation standards for all tools and workstations
  • Ensure all equipment is disinfected before and after every client
  • Follow safety and cleanliness SOPs at all times

Customer Experience

  • Ensure clients feel comfortable and well-attended throughout the service
  • Handle bookings and customer enquiries
  • Manage customer feedback professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests

Operational Support

  • Assist with daily stock checks and replenishments for nail materials
  • Report low stock levels and coordinate with management for restocking
  • Support daily opening/closing tasks for the beauty area

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience as a Nail Technician
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene practices and nail care techniques
  • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
  • Ability to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills
  • Gel polish and nail art experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
