Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize procurement documents for stamp duty filing.
  • Perform bulk submission of POs via government system portal.
  • Track all submissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Submit Non-PO Payment requests in SAP and ensure payment completion.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable for stamp duty fee payments.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions (Legal, Tax etc) to efficiently identify any gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines (e.g., 30-day window).
  • Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and yield loss.
  • Provide regular progress updates to procurement leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years in procurement operations, finance, or document management.
  • Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume document processing or compliance tasks is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Able to navigate online portals (e.g., IRB stamp duty portal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and track large volumes of documents.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Effective communication and reporting abilities.
  • Team player, able to collaborate with procurement, finance, and AP teams.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
