Get To Know The Role

  • Operational Excellence: Take charge day-to-day lending operations, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced data analytics to identify operational issues, uncover strategic opportunities, and pinpoint areas for efficiency improvement and risk mitigation.

  • Digital Transformation: Drive a high degree of digitalization and scalability within our processes, harnessing technology to streamline workflows.

  • Risk & Process Optimization: Proactively analyze potential pitfalls across the process lifecycle for new product launches and system rollouts, safeguarding operational effectiveness.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion iterative process improvements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to eliminate process risk gaps.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage in cross-supporting other operational areas, contributing your analytical skills to various banking operations as business needs arise, and collaborating with product, customer experience, and business teams to create robust, customer-delighting processes.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in and support UAT efforts for new functionalities or system enhancements across various banking products, ensuring test scripts are accurate and systems meet operational requirements.

  • Lending Operations Expertise: Ample hands-on experience in lending operations, including journey mapping and process optimization.

  • Strategic Vision: A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies within the lending industry.

  • Analytical Acumen: A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and workflow structures, coupled with a strategic mindset to critically evaluate processes and synthesize actionable insights.

  • Exceptional Communication: Top-notch presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead brainstorming sessions, conduct trainings, and create compelling reports.

  • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Highly organized and committed to meeting deadlines, capable of spearheading both planning and implementation phases.

  • Adaptability & Teamwork: Comfort and effectiveness in navigating ambiguity and operating within a fast-changing, unstructured digital environment, along with a strong ability to be a good team player in providing cross-support within the Operations group.

  • Foundational Understanding: Experience or foundational understanding in design thinking and human-centric methodologies is a plus, contributing to our customer-delighting process creation.
