They primarily produce reliable tools for the power tool industry, with their headquarters based in the USA. Their company is located at Pekan Nanas, Johor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in new product research and development, process design, and automation solutions.
  • Conduct product and process validation testing, analyze data, and optimize designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer of development outputs to production.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous product and process improvements.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems, including equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as process flow diagrams, work instructions, and test reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation projects.
  • Manage project schedules and resources, coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure all R&D and production activities comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer to production teams on new technologies and processes.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
  • Relevant experience in product development, process design, or automation engineering.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in CAD and MS Office; experience with automation/control systems is a plus.

Salary Range: MYR 5,500 - 8,500
