Responsibilities:

  • Expanding Government-Linked Company (GLC) and Multi-National Company (MNC) business, drive business development initiatives, as a key focus area for growth strategy.
  • To ensure all the inquiries and any related with RFQ are attended and be respond before cutoff date.
  • Handling report such as Risk Management report, Sales Pipeline Report, Internal Weekly Meeting.
  • Troubles shoot and track job progress from beginning until the end.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Liase with all related departments/divisions to ensure job completion.
  • Maintain good relations with customers.
  • Meet with customers on a need to be basis to enhance relations and solve problems.
  • Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Logistics Environment.
  • Have knowledge in basic financial analysis.
  • Computer literate
  • Good verbal and written in English
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented.
  • Good organizing skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to work long hours and under consistent pressure and multi-task.
  • Good presentation and prospecting skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • To proven inside sales experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
