The role

Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to join a thriving company with plenty of opportunities for growth? JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position offers the chance to play a key role in supporting our clients with all their account management needs.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  2. Process client invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Respond to client queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies efficiently
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation for all client accounts
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of client projects
  6. Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
  7. Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve account management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an account executive or similar role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numeric skills
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  5. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  6. Experience in the Administration & Office Support industry, particularly in Data Entry & Word Processing, is highly desirable
