Job Description

  1. Full-time Internship (Key Job Segments: Marketing, Branding, and Digital Content Creation).

  2. Office-based in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia.

  3. Assist in managing social media pages for hospitality-related businesses, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

  4. Support in maintaining property listings on Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms such as Airbnb, , and Agoda, ensuring accuracy and assisting with price updates.

  5. Learn to create digital content using tools like Canva and Adobe to support branding and marketing campaigns.

  6. Assist in the coordination of marketing strategies aimed at boosting the company's online presence.

  7. Help in handling customer inquiries, responding to basic sales or marketing queries through emails or social media platforms.

  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing plans.

  9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

  10. Support the creation of pitch decks and presentations using Canva or PowerPoint for business development efforts.

  11. Learn to analyze online marketing performance metrics and provide insights to enhance digital marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  2. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and a keen interest in digital marketing.

  3. Proficiency in Canva, with a willingness to learn Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with teams.

  5. Fluent in English (Malay or Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required).

  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  7. Interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.

  8. Enthusiastic about learning and gaining hands-on experience in marketing and branding.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
