About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Specialist to join our dynamic team at Saturn AgTech Berhad. As our Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our innovative agricultural technology products. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak, where you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly understand the features and capabilities of our product portfolio to provide comprehensive support to customers
  2. Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of product roadmaps, ensuring our offerings stay ahead of market trends
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the optimal use of our technologies
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues or queries raised by customers in a timely and efficient manner
  6. Gather and analyse market intelligence to help inform our product strategy and future development initiatives
  7. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a product specialist or similar customer-facing role, preferably in the agriculture or technology industry
  2. Strong technical understanding and proficiency in agricultural technologies, with the ability to quickly grasp new product features and functionalities
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
  4. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points
  5. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to enhance our product offerings
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
