Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships in South-East Asia, ensuring alignment with business goals and sourcing strategies.

Conduct regular capacity analysis, inventory preparation and identify risks or constraints in supplier operations.

Support supplier onboarding for transfer projects, ramp-up for mass production and other development activities.

Organize and lead business reviews with cross function team for key suppliers, focusing on performance metrics, compliance, issue resolution and improvement plans.

Monitor and track supplier KPIs including delivery performance, quality, responsiveness, and compliance. Create and update supplier performance dashboards for reporting and decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to resolve supply issues.

Maintain accurate supplier data and item information in ERP system.

Assist in contract management, cost analysis, and negotiation support.

Support sourcing decisions through data analysis, and supplier evaluations.

Expected Areas of Competence
✓ Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business, or related field.

✓ 2–4 years of experience in supplier management, or procurement roles.

✓ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

✓ Experience working with suppliers in Malaysia or Southeast Asia preferred.

✓ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✓ Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✓ Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
