Responsibilities:
- Support workforce planning and organisation effectiveness to ensure optimal structure and resources deployment aligned with business needs.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management practices, ensuring clear expectations, fair evaluation, and a focus on growth and continuous improvement
- Foster employee engagement and communication by implementing initiatives that strengthen connection, motivation and trust across teams.
- Building capabilities through collaboration with Talent Development team to design and execute learning and development plans to enhance leadership and functional capabilities of the business units.
- Facilitate talent management initiatives including identification, calibration, and development of high potential employees to strengthen leadership and succession pipelines.
- Drive change management efforts and embed the company's culture and values to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace at business units.
- Serve as trusted advisor for business units' line managers by providing guidance on people matters including talent development, talent acquisition and employee relations matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with min. 3 years in HCBP role
- Experience in talent management and development, including talent identification, calibration, development planning, and leadership pipeline building.
- Experience in managing employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Stakeholder Management skill
