Job Description

  • Support Assembly Manager oversee the overall Assembly department, and responsible to leading and managing Manufacturing Teams. Seek for production execution improvement & strive for manufacturing excellence.
  • Support Assembly Manager in collaborating with engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless Assembly operations.
  • Effectively lead the manufacturing team through the right meeting structure and involve the right people from cross functional team.
  • Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles and expectation are established for all manufacturing team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing processes.
  • Mentor team members, develop succession pipeline for potential future leaders, and provide counselling or training to maintain a disciplined and motivated workforce.
  • Any other assignment required from superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics & Electrical or equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience in Assembly, of which 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems are essential.
  • Prior working experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Independent, self-driven and results-driven professional with a proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written, with the ability to convey message effectively across teams.
