The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at K11 Century Sdn Bhd. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  2. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  3. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  4. Manage and monitor marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights
  5. Assist in the planning and coordination of events and promotional activities
  6. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines across all marketing materials
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the marketing communications industry
  3. Proficient in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Proficient in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and data analysis software
  7. Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
