Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure best value and reliability.
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliane with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Track market trends and price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve supply issues and manage vendore relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all procured items.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction materials and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
