Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Coordination

  2. Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

  3. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

  4. Technical Support

  5. Review drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with requirements.

  6. Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting during project implementation.

  7. Site Supervision

  8. Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  9. Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.

  10. Documentation & Reporting

  11. Maintain project records including daily reports, inspection reports, and work permits.

  12. Support in preparing claims, variations, and as-built documentation.

  13. Quality & Safety Compliance

  14. Ensure all work adheres to quality assurance and occupational safety standards.

  15. Participate in site safety audits and toolbox meetings.

  16. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  17. Liaise with clients to address technical queries and ensure project requirements are met.

  18. Provide timely updates on project milestones and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project coordination or engineering.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel or work on-site as required.
