- Assisting executives or department heads with administrative tasks
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining confidential information
Customer Service
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Handling complaints or forwarding them to the right person
Data Entry and Management
- Updating databases and tracking systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and security
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensuring documents comply with policies and regulations
- Supporting audits or compliance review
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
