Job Responsibilities

  • The Client Portfolio Consultant focuses on advisory-first engagements (80%) and soft sales (20%).
  • The CPC will serve existing Etiqa customers untapped opportunities — by applying the Mindset, Skillset & Toolset coaching framework. This role supports Etiqa's vision of becoming the most humanized insurer by providing relatable, needs-based recommendations that are empathetic, educational, and empowering
  • You will engage existing Etiqa customers via phone or face-to-face to understand their life stage, goals, and existing coverage.
  • You will identify gaps and provide clear and personalised suggestions.
  • You will perform basic customer profiling using available system data and identify upsell or cross-sell potential based on policy history (e.g. lapsed, partial withdrawal, low sum covered, etc.)
  • You will advice appropriate solutions from Etiqa's product suite to customers.
  • You will be exposed to life, general, and health protection products, as well as digital tools and campaign platforms to provide holistic guidance and advice to customers. and support customers who need help with policy servicing, education on benefits, or coverage review.
  • You will follow through to ensure their experience is smooth and they feel supported post-sale

Job Requirements :

  • You must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent. Those who studied actuarial science is welcomed to apply.
  • You must have a t least 2 - 3 years of working experience in a sales consulting role.
  • You must have strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills to enable further success in this role.

This is a contractual role for a duration of 12 months and its based in Dataran Maybank, Bangsar.
