Job Description:

To improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality by analyzing and optimizing production processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

Design, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

Conduct comprehensive studies on workflow, time, and labor utilization to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that enhance overall operational productivity.

Monitor production operations to ensure quality, timelines, and efficiency targets are met.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in machinery, equipment, and production lines.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D teams on process improvements.

Assist in machine installation, commissioning, calibration, and workflow optimization.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, production reports, and process documentation.

Support root cause analysis for defects or failures and recommend corrective actions.

Train staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new production methods.

Participate in production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Evaluate and recommend tools, equipment, or technology upgrades for productivity enhancement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
  2. Experience in process improvement, production planning, and lean manufacturing is preferred.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Knowledge of production machines and maintenance practices is a plus.
