- Prior experience working in a Public Listed Company (PLC) is required.
- Background in the IT industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws; experience with listed company compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
