𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬

We're looking for a Solution Analyst / IT Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking or financial domain, especially in Digital Sales, Loyalty, and Engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be able to articulate business and technical concepts clearly and have hands-on experience working across digital platforms, payment systems, and mobile applications.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬

Loyalty & Engagement / Digital Sales:

Digital STP, Sales & Loyalty Engagements, MAE App ecosystem, Marketplace & Merchants, Dashboards, CASA, and Payment & Transfer life cycles.

QR Platform / Marketplace:

Merchant payment life cycle, QR payments, marketplace integrations, campaigns, rewards, and notifications.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Identity, authorization, consent management, fraud detection, and related life cycle processes.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst / Solution Analyst in banking or financial services

Strong communication and analytical skills

Familiar with digital banking, payments, loyalty platforms, or mobile app ecosystems

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
