Position: Quality Assurance

Industry: Consumer Health Manufacturing

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)

Working Location: Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: Basic RM2,500- RM3,300 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet regulatory and internal quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and CAPA records
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions
  • Investigate quality issues and assist in root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends
  • Participate in training and development programs related to quality systems

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in healthcare, pharma, FNB or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of GMP and ISO standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in operating lab equipment such as FTIR and HPLC is added advantage.
