  1. Install and set up molds in manufacturing machinery according to specifications.
  2. Ensure that molds are properly aligned and adjusted to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molds during production runs.
  4. Perform routine inspections of molds to identify wear and tear or defects, and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments.
  5. Perform heavy lifting and material handling related to mold installation and removal by using lifting equipements.
  6. Operate and maintain manual and power tools (drills, wrenches, grinders) used for mold installation and repair.
  7. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks
  8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
  9. Assist in setting up machinery and production lines as needed
  10. Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
  11. Perform general maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure peak operational performance.
