Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies to promote the company's Products and Services through both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Lead and collaborate with digital marketing agencies to create engaging content across the website, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Oversee and optimize the company's digital presence, including SEO, website performance, and online advertising initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay informed on the latest travel marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on branding, campaign direction, and market positioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within the wellness, beauty, retail industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to lead the team and have good personality.
  • Able to communicate in English and BM. Additional language is added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
