Job Description:

Adni Secondary School is seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled Secondary Art Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Art to secondary level students in accordance with the KPM's curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging art lessons that develop students' technical skills, creativity, and appreciation for the arts.
• Guide students in various art forms such as drawing, painting, mixed media, digital art, and 3D work.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, art projects, and assessment materials.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement and growth.
• Organize and oversee art exhibitions, school events, competitions, and creative showcases.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring art classroom environment, ensuring proper care of materials and equipment.
• Integrate values, positive behavior, and creative thinking into classroom practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross curricular projects and contribute to school programs, events, and committees.
• Plan and conduct training sessions on pedagogy, classroom management, and Islamic integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Art at the secondary level is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of artistic skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and classroom management strategies.
• Passion for nurturing creativity and artistic talents in young learners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
