ABOUT THE JOB

Lead TM's cybersecurity product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to be a regional leader in cybersecurity solutions. It focuses on driving revenue growth through innovative, customer-centric products while achieving operational and financial targets.

Manage a team of product owners, subject matter experts, and specialists across the product lifecycle—from feasibility studies and strategy to planning and go-to-market execution with stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the cybersecurity product roadmap for enterprise customers across areas such as:
  • Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
  • Cloud & Network Security (SASE, CASB, ZTNA)
  • Threat Intelligence Services
  • Email & Endpoint Protection
  • DDoS Protection & Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS)

  • Align product development with evolving enterprise security needs, threat landscapes, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, industry-specific standards like PCI-DSS or) as well as TM Cyber Security Baseline Compliance.

  • Identify market gaps and emerging threats to shape product opportunities.
  • Champion a security-by-design philosophy across all product lines.
  • Manage new and existing Cybersecurity Services product lifecycles from strategic planning and tactical activities.

Innovation & Development

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge cybersecurity products (e.g., threat detection, secure communications, identity management).
  • Build capabilities, integrate AI, automation, and cloud-native technologies into product offerings aiming to improve customer experience and product profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).

Product Development & Go-To-Market

  • Define product requirements and feature sets with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and SOC teams to ensure customer-centric designs.
  • Support GTM planning with marketing, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.

Revenue & Growth

  • Own product P&L and drive commercial success through pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to accelerate adoption and customer retention.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue performance, product profitability and ROI, customer acquisition cost, and product performance.

Enterprise Customer Engagement

  • Conduct regular engagements with enterprise clients, including CISOs, IT Security Directors, and Compliance Officers.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations and roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure customer success through secure, scalable, and reliable product delivery.

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team with cybersecurity expertise.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible to lead product specialist team members to enhance knowledge and skills as TM One subject matter experts that will benefit other enabling units such as GTM, Sales, Marketing, and TM One Academy.
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, representing TM at industry forums.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with internal teams across cybersecurity operations, cloud services, legal, compliance, and support.
  • Ensure successful integration and Cyber Security Baseline compliance of products with telecom infrastructure and enterprise networks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, security technology partners, and public sector bodies.

MUST HAVE

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in enterprise solution delivery.

Special/Professional Certificate:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Product Management Credentials (e.g., Pragmatic Institute)
  • Cybersecurity Domain expertise
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making

  • Leadership & Management

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management for enterprise cybersecurity solutions, ideally within a telecom, Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), or cloud services provider.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains relevant to enterprise environments:
  • SIEM, SOAR, XDR, MDR
  • IAM/SSO
  • Threat intelligence
  • SASE/SD-WAN, CASB, Zero Trust
  • DDoS Mitigation, Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS)
  • Endpoint & Cloud Security

  • Experience delivering or managing security products at scale for enterprise clients.

  • Product Development & Management expertise.
  • Telecommunication Domain experience - familiarity with telecom-grade service delivery, SLAs, and NOC/SOC integration.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant, cloud-native security architectures and regulatory frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27011 for telecom, etc.).
