What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Shoot one engaging reel video daily, contributing to the store's online presence and marketing efforts.
  • Sales and Transactions: Handle sales transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate product displays.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the retail environment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stock management to ensure product availability.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Who are they looking for?
  • Mandarin Speaker: Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Educational Background: SPM or equivalent qualification, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Retail Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Digital Skills: Ability to shoot videos and familiarity with Facebook, enhancing our online presence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet store operational needs.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to operate POS systems and manage digital tasks.
