1.Job Qualifications:

Major/Education Required: College degree or above.

Preferred: Major in Management or International Trade.

2.Work Experience:

Required:   Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export, familiar with local Malaysian customs policies and those of related government units.

Thorough understanding of import/export customs clearance procedures.

3. Job Skills:

Required: Proficient in operating Office software, computers, and familiar with the SAP system.

Good communication skills, good problem-solving skills, teamwork.

Certification:Possession of a Malaysia Customs Broker Certification accredited by customs authorities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Check export invoices and packing lists, prepare customs declaration documents.

  2. Contact freight companies to ensure timely and accurate shipment; track status of export goods' customs clearance and transportation; resolve issues promptly.

  3. Export shipment data from SAP, complete the ship track ledger.

  4. Update the export cargo tracking sheet daily in a timely manner.

  5. Daily invoicing and payment request processing for designated freight forwarders. Monthly reconciliation and payment requests for freight forwarders.

  6. Import monthly shipment ledger into the SAP system.

  7. Monthly shipment tracking report. Monthly freight cost ledger registration.
